Orders are delivered to most European destinations within 2 to 8 working days. Deliveries to non-European Countries take between 7 to 12 working days, depending on how long Customs take to clear your goods. (Note UK weekends and Bank holidays are classed as non-working days).
Please note that during peak times such as the lead up to Christmas, high order volumes and busy couriers can increase dispatch times. Please make allowances for such busy periods and order in plenty of time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal.
Where do you deliver to?
British Foods Direct will deliver to various locations around the world.
We currently ship to the following countries:-
Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, , Finland, France, Germany, Greece, , Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican.

Do I have to register before ordering from Briish Foods Direct?
No, registration is optional so you don’t have to register if you would prefer not to. It is free to register.
The main benefits of registering are that you can save the contents of your basket for the next time you order, and you can view your order history and delivery tracking details within your account. Your personal details are also saved for faster checkout.
Is there a minimum or maximum order size?
There is no minimum order size, At present orders are set to a maximum of 25Kg per box for the most economical shipping costs. If you are ordering over this amount your order will be delivered in several boxes.
Can I request items not listed in the shop?
Yes, please use contact us and we will do our very best to add the product to the shop. Include your email address and we will let you know when the item has been added and is available to buy.
Will I have to pay any extra costs at customs?
We do strongly recommend you check with your local customs before placing an order with us. This is just to make sure you are aware of any products that may not be allowed into the country, or any extra charges that may be added. Many countries will not charge anything; however, as customs guidelines can vary from country to country it is always better to check before you order.
What shipping method do you use?
All UK parcels are shipped using Hermes Signed and have a delivery aim of 3 – 5 days.
All overseas parcels are shipped using Parcelforce International Priority or DPD. Parcelforce have delivery aims of 3 – 8 working days for Western Europe and 5 – 12 working days to the rest of the world, Bank Holidays and any other Uk Public Holiday are not classed as working days.
What is your substitutions policy?
We do not generally do substitutions. Very occasionally an item within your order may become unavailable. We will replace the item by adding an extra one of another item that you have ordered. We do this to help ensure that you’re still getting the same value for your delivery charge.
